Gary Moore

Gary Moore (1952-2011) s-a nascut in Irlanda si este recunoscut ca fiind unul dintre cei mai buni chitaristi ai tarii lui si nu numai. Intr-o cariera inceputa timpuriu, in anii 60, Gary Moore a cantat cu mai multe trupe, cum ar fi Thin Lizzy, Colosseum II, Greg Lake sau Skid Row, dar a avut si o cariera solo de succes. De-a lungul timpului, a experimentat mai multe genuri muzicale, cum ar fi blues, rock, hard rock sau heavy.

Mentorul sau a fost pionierul blues-ului in Marea Britanie, Peter Green, pe care l-a admirat intotdeauna. Cu chitara cumparata de la Green dupa ce a parasit Fleetwood Mac, Gary Moore a inregistrat majoritatea pieselor de pe Still Got The Blues. In 1973, Gary Moore si-a inceput cariera solo.
